Amongst the rarest and most coveted of coffee varieties, the Pink Bourbon varietal is striking in every way - from the vibrant pink color of its ripe cherry to its bean’s uniquely sweet and complex flavor profile. This particular Pink Bourbon was grown at the innovative and sustainability-focused Finca Juan Martin in the Cauca Department of Southwestern Colombia.

Juan Martin is a model farm, aiming to develop quality-focused cultivation techniques with a special emphasis on new and untested coffee varieties. It is one of the highest elevation farms producing coffee in Colombia today; this distinction leads to a longer maturation process for the coffee plant, and more complex sugars in the cup. This delightful washed lot is juicy and sweet, with notes of deep brown sugar, cooked raisin, and oolong tea.
